This session is an outdoor class for beginners in Aikido and Goshin Budo Jujutsu.  The class covered basic wrsit lock take downs using Nikkajo (2nd Control), Kote Gaeshi (wrist turn throw), Sankajo (3rd control) and Kote Hineri.  Included is a basic pin common in police applications to prepare for handcuffing.  Also includes basic instruction in break falls and rolls.
