These Koroho techniques are featured on the Koroho Volume One DVD, which also shows defense against knife attacks and hostage situations.  However, we felt that it would benefit others to feature these techniques through multiple venues.

This DVD is geared towards self defense for women, but all will be able to benefit from it.  The techniques taught will teach you how to escape from an attacker who tries to grab or choke you.
