Classes are primarily on Yoshinkan Aikido but also cover variations of techniques and occassional Judo and Hakko Ryu sessions.
Advisory: Classes are often held outside and the camera is focused on the mat and runs unmanned. There is very little editing. Thus, the low price. If there are any technical or environmental problems that render a class un-useable it will not be shipped.
